Email image is the one to use. It saves the whole announcement as a single image you drop straight into the body of the email, so it arrives inline instead of as an attachment. No settings needed.
Printing
Best quality opens your print dialog for a sharp, selectable PDF. In that dialog set Margins to None and turn Background graphics on, then choose Save as PDF. Exact copy is a one-click PDF that always matches the preview and needs no settings.
Social
Post image is a 1080×1350 version for Instagram or LinkedIn.
Types
Two formats. Executive letter is the long, signed, attributed one. Card is the short one, and it covers a new hire, a promotion, a welcome back. The eyebrow says which, and the field suggests the usual wording. Fill in Years of service and the card gains the years figure, which is the one element that changes the design rather than the words.
View
The announcement opens at full size and scrolls, which is how it will be read in an email. The controls under the preview change that: FIT frames the whole thing at once, useful for seeing a long letter end to end, and 100% returns to full size. Zoom is preview only and never changes what exports.
Keys
⌘1 and ⌘2 pick the format. ⌘E saves the email image. ⌘9 fits the whole announcement in view, ⌘Z undoes. Zoom in and out stay with your browser, so ⌘+ and ⌘− still enlarge the whole screen.
History
Every announcement you export is recorded below the export buttons, as a thumbnail you can click to load it back. It starts with five samples so you can see what a run looks like; Clear removes them and the empty state offers them back.
Brand
The logo, red accent, typefaces and layout are locked. You edit the words, never the brand. Open Brand locked in the panel to see the exact spec.
